Thank you for this. I got myself a copy and I’m halfway through. It’s not quite what I expected it to be. I imagined it to be really factual about cosmology and the whatnots but as I read along the pages, I found it to be quite enthralling. Richard Panek was able to build up the book’s introduction to arouse the reader’s curiosity to read on some more. The different aspect of rivalry between Perlmutter and Schmidt was what made it more than just a book about scientific facts. Two thumbs up.
